Friesenhuus Carolinensiel No. 4 is located on the first floor of the fully renovated and well-insulated house. Redesigned after an extensive renovation, the apartment has welcomed guests since 2023 and offers a modern maritime atmosphere with a high level of comfort.
Large skylights fill the apartment with natural light and can be fitted with blackout coverings. Another highlight is the spacious balcony, where you can enjoy a cup of traditional East Frisian tea or coffee, fresh sea air and the sunrise in the morning. Comfortable seating is provided.
The stylish 43 m² apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. The spacious hallway with wardrobe leads to a modern bathroom with WC, washbasin, walk-in shower and hairdryer. The master bedroom offers views towards the historic drawbridge and dike and features a 180x200 cm double bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (90x200 cm each). Both bedrooms have wardrobes and blackout options on all windows.
The bright 23 m² living and dining area features comfortable armchairs and a sofa. Board games, flat-screen TV, DVD player and hi-fi system provide entertainment. The dining area seats four and connects to a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, microwave, large fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
Guests can also enjoy the large lawn and shared garden terrace with barbecue facilities and seating. Free laundry facilities, reserved parking and a lockable bicycle garage with e-bike charging are available.
The detached house is located directly behind the dike in a quiet cul-de-sac. The Harle promenade is just 100 m away, while playgrounds, Cliner Quelle spa centre, the historic centre of Carolinensiel and Harlesiel beach are all within walking distance.
