Friesenhuus Carolinensiel No. 5 is located on the first floor of the house. Following a two-year complete renovation, this modern holiday apartment has been welcoming guests since 2023, offering a stylish maritime atmosphere and a high level of comfort.
With 51 m², Apartment No. 5 provides a comfortable setting for families, couples or solo travellers in Carolinensiel-Harlesiel. It accommodates up to 4 guests plus one child up to 3 years old.
The highlight is the bright, spacious open-plan living and dining area with access to the south-facing balcony. The 14 m² balcony features comfortable seating for sunbathing and relaxing, plus a parasol. Inside, there is a cosy sofa area with flat-screen TV, DVD player and hi-fi system, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette and dining area for up to 4 people. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, microwave, large fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
The south-facing master bedroom has space for a baby cot and features a 180x200 cm double bed, wardrobe and blackout option. The second bedroom has two separate 90x200 cm beds and a wardrobe. A large skylight offers views of the stars and has a blackout blind.
The spacious hallway provides a large mirrored wardrobe and coat rack and leads to the modern bathroom with WC, washbasin, walk-in shower and hairdryer.
Guests can also enjoy the large lawn and shared garden terrace with barbecue facilities and seating. Free laundry facilities, reserved parking and a lockable bicycle garage with e-bike charging are available.
The detached house is located directly behind the dike in a quiet cul-de-sac. The Harle promenade is just 100 m away, while playgrounds, Cliner Quelle spa centre, Carolinensiel's historic centre and Harlesiel beach are all within walking distance.
