The exclusive holiday home Seezeit 2, newly built in 2023, offers a dreamlike retreat combined with the special atmosphere and lifestyle of Timmendorfer Strand. The kilometer-long sandy beach and promenade are only 200 meters away, and Timmendorf's promenade, with its many exclusive shops, events, and restaurants, is easily accessible on foot. The charming Niendorf harbor, with its lively atmosphere and arguably the most delicious fish sandwiches for miles around, is also within easy walking distance. A beach chair is available for our guests to use free of charge from mid-May to mid-September.
A beautiful semi-detached house awaits you, where you'll feel comfortable and at ease from the moment you step inside. Warm colors, plenty of light, and high-quality furnishings ensure a high standard of living in a wonderful atmosphere. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sauna, the house offers over 100 square meters of living space, providing ample room for five people to enjoy a relaxing Baltic Sea holiday right by the beach. On the ground floor, you'll find a light-filled, spacious, and high-quality furnished living and dining area. The fully equipped, integrated kitchen is perfect for cooking together. The south-facing sun terrace is furnished with garden furniture and sun loungers and surrounded by a private, fully fenced garden. The entrance hall includes a cloakroom and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and window. The washing machine is located in a separate utility room. Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms, each furnished with a high-quality box-spring bed (180x200 cm), wardrobes, and a TV. A third, smaller single bedroom, also with a box-spring bed (90x200 cm), is accessed through one of the double bedrooms. The luxurious spa-like bathroom with a bathtub, walk-in shower, and integrated sauna is also located on the upper floor. The attic is furnished with a desk, ideal for a home office. All bedroom windows are fitted with blackout blinds.
Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms, each furnished with a high-quality box-spring bed (90x200 cm). There are 2 parking spaces on the property and an e-charging station is available free of charge (for bookings received from November 25th onwards). For secure storage of bicycles, handcarts, etc., there is a bicycle shed with charging facilities for e-bikes.
