Villa Petra is a beautifully renovated stone house located in the village of Dracevac, approximately 9 km from Poreč and its beaches. Built in 1930, the house was completely renovated and furnished in 2010.
During the renovation, only traditional materials were used, carefully preserving the original character. The villa now offers guests a touch of tradition combined with the high standards of a country holiday home. Situated on its own 900 sq m property with a well-maintained lawn, guests have access to a 24 sq m outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers, an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, a covered terrace with seating, a children's playground with a slide and swings, and three covered parking spaces.
The villa with pool accommodates 6 people and has a living area of approximately 135 sq m. The ground floor features a living room with a fireplace, seating, and satellite TV; a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 6 people; and a separate WC with a washing machine. The kitchen opens onto a covered terrace with seating. On the first floor are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, air conditioning, satellite TV, en-suite bathroom/toilet, and covered terrace; a children's room with two single beds and a play loft; and a bedroom with a double bed, satellite TV, and a shower/toilet in the hallway.
NOTE: The pool is open from May 1st to October 31st.
