This fantastic finca measures 150 m² and features four comfortably furnished bedrooms, a fully equipped wooden kitchen, a living room with two comfortable classic sofas, and a private, well-maintained garden with a swimming pool, surrounded by a typical Mallorcan garden. For entertainment, there is table tennis, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, board games, and beach toys.
The entrance to the finca leads directly into the cozy living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern utensils and appliances you might need during your holiday. To the right of the dining room is a kitchen, and to the left is a twin bedroom.
From the living room, a hallway connects this room to the double bedroom and the bathroom. From this room, you can access the laundry room. There is another hallway connecting the living room to the second twin bedroom and a single bedroom in the finca. This room also has a modern bathroom.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning/heating at no extra cost and can be used at any time of day for your comfort.
The finca also features an outdoor barbecue where you can enjoy wonderful barbecue evenings with family and friends. The elegant design of the raised pool and the sun terrace with a lawn and waterfall make Finca Rafale a great holiday home. The pool is fenced, making it very safe for families with children.
Finca Rafale is situated on a large property, partially screened from the surrounding area by hedges, plants, and shrubs, interspersed with lawns and attractive flowerbeds.
