The building contains 10 modern and comfortably furnished two-room apartments, as well as two non-smoking studios. Almost all apartments have a furnished terrace. There is also a guest terrace in the garden.

Apartment No. 3 is a non-smoking apartment and is approximately 47 square meters. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a single bed. Blackout blinds are fitted to the windows. The living room features a pull-out double sofa bed, a dining area, cable TV, and a stereo system with a CD player. A bathroom with shower/toilet, hairdryer, and a separate kitchen equipped with a two-burner ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, and kitchenware complete the excellent comfort of this apartment. The furnished terrace faces southwest.

Small dogs (maximum 30 cm shoulder height) are permitted upon request and can be brought along for an additional fee.
