The building contains 10 modern and comfortably furnished two-room apartments, as well as two non-smoking studios. Almost all apartments have a furnished terrace. There is also a guest terrace in the garden.
The one-room apartment with a separate kitchen and bathroom with shower/toilet is approximately 28 m² and guarantees a comfortable stay for two people. The combined living/bedroom has a double bed, a dining area, a stereo system with CD/DVD/Blu-ray player, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and kitchenware. The furnished terrace faces southwest.
Small dogs (max. 30 cm shoulder height) are permitted upon request and can be brought along for an additional fee.
We offer a pick-up service for guests arriving by train, bus, or plane!
With the visitor's card, you can use the bus lines throughout the island of Usedom free of charge.
