The holiday apartment with balcony is located on the unspoiled sunny plateau "Blaik" in Kössen in the Kaiserwinkl region, offering views of the Wilder Kaiser and Zahmer Kaiser mountain ranges. We are very family-friendly, and guests seeking peace and quiet yet still enjoying an active holiday are also welcome.
For dog lovers, there are beautiful walking trails in the surrounding area. The town center, shops, restaurants, the forest swimming pool, and the bus stop (including ski buses) are all within easy walking distance.
The gondola lift to the renowned Hochkössen ski area is also just a 5-minute drive away. Hiking and cycling trails start right at the house; access to a cross-country ski track is also possible in the immediate vicinity. For motorcyclists and bikers, a garage with service facilities is available. We also offer dedicated motorcycle tour maps, including maps for convertible drivers!
