Family oasis Flensburg Fjord

This cozy detached house is located in the heart of the agricultural region of Angeln (between the Flensburg Fjord and the Schlei).

The house sits at the end of a long private road and is surrounded by meadows and fields. In summer, the pregnant cows of the nearby dairy farmer (milk is sold directly from the farm) graze in the adjacent pasture.

Less than a kilometer away is the natural beach of the Flensburg Outer Fjord, offering a dog beach, swimming, and water sports. Also in the village is a bathing area with a large jetty, supervised by the German Lifesaving Association (DLRG). Cycling and walking trails can be started right from the doorstep.

The "Family Oasis Flensburg Fjord" holiday home offers ample space for up to 6 people (PLEASE NOTE: 2 of whom must be under 12 years old) on two floors, in a charming and modern setting. The holiday home is only 800 meters from the nearest beach.

On the ground floor:
- Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with dining area
- Living area with fireplace and firewood available for an additional fee
- Shower room with walk-in shower; towels available for an additional fee
- Utility room with washing machine and dryer
- Sauna with direct access to the garden and outdoor shower
- Several seating areas with garden furniture in a special garden setting

On the upper floor:

- Bedroom with double bed (200x200 cm) and two alcove beds (PLEASE NOTE: These are cots). Bed linen available for an additional fee

- Bedroom with single bed (100x200 cm); bed linen available for an additional fee
- Bedroom with single bed (90x200 cm); bed linen available for an additional fee
- Bathroom with bathtub; towels available for an additional fee
One parking space and Wi-Fi are available. Bed linen and towels can be booked separately.
Two dogs are welcome. Price per night and pet: €10.00. The garden behind the house is fully fenced.

Note: Electricity is charged at €0.35/kWh and will be billed on site. The house is powered by green electricity, and a photovoltaic system produces additional electricity. Firewood is included in standard consumption quantities.
