A relaxing holiday begins in Norgaardholz on the Baltic Sea, Gelting Bay! Welcome to the Baltic Sea coastal resort of Norgaardholz. The holiday home is just 500 meters from the beach, which is also dog-friendly. Norgaardholz (municipality of Steinberg) is centrally located, making it easy to explore the surrounding area in the large Flensburg Fjord nature reserve in all directions. Flensburg, Glücksburg, Gelting Bay, the Schlei fjord near Maasholm, and of course Kappeln are all within easy reach.

The holiday home is situated at the front of the property and shares the large 2400 sq m plot with another holiday home. The spacious 60 sq m semi-detached house is suitable for up to two people. It features a generous living and dining area with a kitchen and adjoining southwest-facing terrace, a bedroom with a double bed (180 (2x90) x 200 cm), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a larger utility room (with a washing machine and dryer). The terrace area with its small outdoor run is enclosed by a wooden fence for privacy, allowing your four-legged companions to roam freely and comfortably. The large communal lawn is located at the rear of the property and is perfect for playing, relaxing, or exploring. Wi-Fi, one parking space, and a lockable bicycle shed are available free of charge. A maximum of two dogs are welcome. Two dogs up to approximately 45 cm tall are permitted, or by prior arrangement. The first dog stays free of charge. Bed linen, towels, or a linen set can be booked for each person.

After departure, the utility costs for electricity, water, and heating will be billed.
