Holiday home with 3 bedrooms
Bine's House in Süddorf/Nebel offers approximately 140 square meters of living space (1 living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, sauna area, etc.).
On the ground floor, you'll find the spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a TV, an antique Mylin tiled stove, and a large dining table perfect for games and meals. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for cooking, especially during holidays. It includes an espresso machine and a wine refrigerator. The kitchen also features a separate pantry. The ground floor shower room includes a small utility room with a washing machine and dryer. The separate sauna is accessible through a side entrance in the hallway.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, all with ample closet space. Two bedrooms have double beds (180x200cm), and one bedroom has two single beds (90x200cm) pushed together. The bathroom features a large shower, bathtub, toilet, bidet, and underfloor heating.
The accommodation is suitable for up to 6 people (plus one infant up to 3 years old).
A large, private garden with several terraces/seating areas awaits you. Beach chairs, a parasol, garden furniture, and a private garden pond with a wooden walkway are provided. The garden furniture is available from Easter until mid-October.
Parking spaces are located directly in front of the house.
Free Wi-Fi broadband internet access is available.
As in all our apartments, smoking is not permitted inside the house. Out of consideration for subsequent guests, we kindly ask you to observe the no-smoking policy.
A dog is welcome at Bines Hüs by prior arrangement. The daily rate for a dog is €10.00.
