Description
Welcome to this newly-built holiday home situated south of Borgholm, on beautiful Öland! In this delightful cottage you will be only 2 kilometres from the sea and 20 minutes walk from the lovely town of Borgholm. The cottage is set on the same plot of land as the owner's home . It has an open-plan kitchen and living room that opens onto the terrace. The cottage has air conditioner all year around and also underfloor heating in the bathroom. The living room is equipped with a bunk bed and a sofa bed. A steep set of stairs will take you up to the mezzanine where there's a mattress with a width of 140 centimetres. The bathroom has a WC, a washbasin, a shower, and a washing machine. Please note that the cabin is not rented out to youth groups. Öland has plenty of lovely bicycle trails which makes it easy to go places by bike. The nature here is stunning and there's a number of lovely beaches to choose from. If you enjoy golfing, Ekerum is nearby, offering one of Sweden's largest golf courses. Families will enjoy the zoo and the amusement park by the bridge, Ölandsbron. Köpingsvik is another nice place to visit. Or why not take a boat trip over to the mainland and explore Småland? Welcome to this lovely holiday home set on beautiful Öland!

Sehr gemütlich
Perfect location in the middle of Åland, Nice owner/staff, Close to Borgholm and the castle ruins,
We hadden een zeer comfortabel verblijf hier, Het huisje was goed uitgerust en de airconditioning was een lifesaver tijdens de warmere dagen, De kinderen genoten van de stapelbedden, en het terras was geweldig voor barbecues in de avond, Het ligt handig nabij zowel Solliden Palace als Borgholm Slot, waardoor onze sightseeing gemakkelijk en aangenaam was,
Deze accommodatie was een uitstekende keuze voor onze vakantie, De gastheren waren zeer gastvrij en de locatie was rustig, maar dicht bij attracties zoals Köpingsvik en de Ekerum golfbaan, We genoten van gemakkelijke toegang tot lokale stranden en de charmante stad, Al met al een aangenaam verblijf zonder grote klachten,
Het was een heerlijk huisje met een fantastisch uitzicht,
Onze familie had een fantastische tijd in Borgholm! Het huis was ruim en had alles wat we nodig hadden, We waardeerden vooral de vloerverwarming in de badkamer, wat een leuke bijkomstigheid was, Er waren mooie fietspaden in de buurt, perfect om het prachtige Öland landschap te verkennen,
