The enclosed terrace extends along two sides of the house, so there is the opportunity to find shelter and sun. On the grounds there is a football goal for the kids, just as there is plenty of space for play and ball games. The plot is surrounded by trees and shrubs, so you have the opportunity to sit in both sun and shade - depending on what you like. The area has a rich wildlife, which often comes to visit.
