Description
In one of the very best locations in the Vejlby Klit area, the cottage is located with water on both sides. The sea to one side and Ferring Lake to the other. The location as one of the southernmost houses, which is why traffic is very limited at this particular location. The cottage has a good layout where the square meters are well utilized, and the shape of the cottage creates nooks and crannies by the terraces, where the sun can be enjoyed from morning to evening. The interior consists of a practical entrance and entrance from which there is access to two rooms and a bathroom. Kitchen and living room are in open connection with each other also access to another room. The large window gives a good light into the living room, and just outside there is a covered terrace with glass walls in the sides to create even more shelter. The terrace is even south-facing, and faces optimally in relation to the sun during the day. Heating is primarily by electric heating, and is supplemented by the wood stove in the living room. The cottage and decor appear original. With a double bed in one bedroom, two single beds in the second room and last room has a single bed. A nature trail has been established around Ferring Lake, and from the house it is only 100 meters to the North Sea. Nature is on your doorstep. Not for rent to youth groups.
