The entire house is heated via underfloor heating, which together with the house's energy-efficient geothermal heating system contributes to a pleasant indoor climate all year round and moderate energy consumption. Outside, a large and inviting wooden terrace awaits you with quality garden furniture, sun loungers and a wonderful wilderness bath/hot tub. The well-screened grounds are surrounded by old trees, which create both shelter and cozy corners with sun throughout the day – perfect for morning coffee, barbecue dinners or a glass of wine in the evening sun. The house is located in a unique location, less than 200 meters from the water, in quiet and scenic surroundings right next to Hjarbæk Fjord Golf Center.
