Welcome to this well-designed and beautifully decorated modern yet very cozy house in a quiet summer cottage area for family and friends, a short walk from one of Sweden's finest sandy beaches - perfect for creating wonderful holiday memories. The house has pleasant open-plan living areas with high ceilings, providing both space and plenty of light. From the entrance hall, there is a bedroom with a bunk bed, a fully equipped kitchen that comes with seating and patio doors to the dining area on the terrace. The living room features a comfy sofa with a TV, and a two-way glass enclosed wood fireplace, followed by a chaise longue to enjoy with a good book while taking in the full view through the windows facing the front of the house. Another bedroom with a double bed and storage space, connected to the terrace. A beautiful marble bathroom with a shower, a washer & dryer, with a shorter access to the hot tub on the rear terrace. Outside, a wooden deck surrounds the house, offering a choice of sun and shade in all seasons with comfortable outdoor furniture on the terrace for social gatherings and wonderful barbecue evenings. The back of the garden also borders a large green area that is perfect for play and activities. Less than a 10-minute walk away lies the 12 km long sandy beach in Skummelsöv and Mellbystrand, a few grocery stores and summer restaurants. Close to Båstad and Laholm with lots to do and see. Kungsbygget Adventure Park, with Sweden's southernmost downhill skiing in winter, is highly recommended for activities and events throughout the year for all ages. There is a high ropes course, zipline, cycling, and tobogganing in the summer.
