On the same property, there is also another cottage available for rent (house 63199) – perfect if you're a larger group wanting to rent both houses! Otherwise, you will share the plot and sauna house with any guests staying in the smaller cottage closest to the water. In the main house, you're welcomed by a large wooden deck that stretches along one side of the house, offering multiple seating areas and sunny spots. Inside, you'll find incredibly spacious areas with high ceilings where the kitchen, dining area, and living room blend together, featuring large windows with sea views and access to a cozy covered patio. Let your eyes follow the horizon and enjoy the sea breeze. There are several lounge areas to choose from, a pleasant kitchen equipped with everything you might need – and more. Note: there is a coffee machine, not a drip coffee maker, so be sure to bring coffee beans. You'll sleep well in a calming bedroom with a double bed, and there's another bedroom with a sofa bed for two. An additional sleeping space is found in the living room – perfect for those who want to wake up with a view of the sea. The spacious bathroom includes a toilet, sink, shower, and washing machine. More sleeping space is available in the annex, which is part of the garage. Here, you’ll sleep comfortably in a double bed with generous living space, a wardrobe, a private terrace, and a bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. Ideal for those who want a bit of privacy and their own bathroom! From this property, you can choose to swim from the rocks just below the house or walk a few meters to Sandviken’s lovely sandy beach. In Älmsta, about 10 minutes away by car, you’ll find a good selection of restaurants, grocery stores, and cafés. At Kröns Trädgård, you can admire beautiful flowers and enjoy a lovely fika. At Väddö Gårdsmejeri, indulge in delicious burgers, ice cream, and more. You can also take a trip up to Grisslehamn, a charming summer town where the Eckerö ferry departs. Central Norrtälje is also worth a visit, offering all the services you might need, along with beautiful walking paths along the canal and harbor.
