A splendid recently renovated apartment on the first floor of a Venetian palace dating back to the end of the 18th century.
The apartment is fully furnished with designer furniture, modern paintings and wallpapers and large bright windows overlooking the canal.

The apartment consists of an entrance hall with a fully equipped open kitchen with oven, washing machine and dishwasher; two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A bathroom with shower and window completes the facilities.

The building does not have a lift.
Additional amenities such as air conditioning, hairdryer, toaster and free WIFI are available to our guests.

* Access to the accommodation is via a numeric code that guests will receive only after completing the online registration of their identity documents, signing the digital rental contract and paying the tourist tax via a payment link that they will receive a few days before their arrival. The code is active from 3pm.
