The apartment is located on the third floor of a building with elevator, overlooking an alley and an internal courtyard. It consists of an independent kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, a living room with sofa and TV and a double bedroom. A bathroom with bathtub and shower cabin completes the furnishings.

On the ground floor there is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. All apartments are also equipped with air conditioning, heating and free Wi-Fi.

* Access to the accommodation is via a numerical code that guests will receive only after completing the online registration of their identity documents, signing the digital rental contract and paying the tourist tax via a payment link that they will receive a few days before their arrival. The code is active from 3 p.m.
