The newly built (2024) holiday home **Hygge Hus 1** in Timmendorfer Strand offers a high-quality retreat in Scandinavian style, spanning over 100 m² of living space. It enjoys a quiet yet central location: the sandy beach and promenade with shops, events, and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. From mid-May to mid-September, guests have access to a complimentary beach chair.
The house accommodates **5 people** and features 4 bedrooms, a high-quality spa bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and integrated sauna, and an additional guest toilet. The ground floor comprises a bright, spacious living/dining area and a fully equipped fitted kitchen. The southwest-facing terrace is furnished with garden furniture and a beach chair.
Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms with box-spring beds (180×200 cm and 120×200 cm), TVs, wardrobes, and the spa bathroom. Two further bedrooms are located on the top floor, each featuring a 120x200 cm box-spring bed and a chest of drawers. Electric exterior blinds ensure blackout and privacy.
A washing machine and dryer are located in a separate utility room next to the terrace. An outdoor parking space is available directly on the property.
