The exclusive holiday home Hygge Hus 2 offers a dreamlike retreat combined with the special atmosphere and lifestyle of Timmendorfer Strand. This semi-detached house, newly built in 2024, enjoys a superb location – quiet yet close to the town center. The miles of sandy beach and Timmendorfer Strand's promenade, with its many exclusive shops, events, and restaurants, are just a short walk away. A beach chair (available seasonally from mid-May to mid-September) is provided free of charge for our guests on the beach.
A beautiful holiday home in Scandinavian style awaits you. Sunny rooms and high-quality furnishings guarantee a high standard of living in a lovely setting. With four bedrooms, an exclusive bathroom with a walk-in shower, radio, and sauna, as well as an additional guest WC, Hygge Hus offers over 100 square meters of living space, providing ample room for six people to enjoy a relaxing Baltic Sea holiday near the beach. On the ground floor, you'll find a light-filled, spacious, and elegantly furnished living and dining area. The fully equipped, integrated kitchen is perfect for cooking together. The southwest-facing terrace is furnished with garden furniture and a beach chair. The entrance area includes a cloakroom and a modern guest WC with a window. Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms, each with a box-spring bed (180x200 cm and 140x200 cm), TV, and wardrobe. The high-quality spa-like bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and integrated sauna is also located upstairs. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are in the attic and each features a box-spring bed (120x200 cm) and a chest of drawers. The windows are fitted with electric exterior blinds. A washing machine and dryer are located in a separate utility room next to the terrace.
An outdoor parking space is available on the property.
