A dream under a thatched roof. This Frisian semi-detached house for up to 7 people in the heart of Keitum offers 180 m² of living space that blends modern comfort with absolute luxury. The light-filled living area with an open-plan kitchen provides ample space for cooking, dining, and relaxing together. The adjoining terrace, complete with garden furniture and a beach chair (in season), is perfect for soaking up the sun. On cold days, the tiled stove in the living area ensures a warm and cozy atmosphere. A guest WC is located in the entrance area. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you'll find two bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms. The attic level features a bedroom with twin beds. Another generously sized bedroom and bathroom await you in the basement. There, a Finnish sauna with a relaxation room offers a wellness oasis, especially welcome during the winter months. All bedrooms feature high-quality, custom-built cabinetry, providing plenty of storage space for your Sylt holiday. Wi-Fi, a dedicated parking space with an electric vehicle charging station, and a washer-dryer are also available. Pets are welcome.
Note: One parking space is available for your car. If you arrive with another car, you may park it on the street in front of the house for a maximum of 3 hours. Large public parking lots are located at the roundabout in Keitum or near St. Severin Church.
