The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and ample dishes. The stylish bedroom with a box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) ensures a restful night's sleep.
A special highlight is the cozy children's sleeping area on the mezzanine (120 x 200 cm), lovingly crafted from reclaimed South Tyrolean wood. Accessible via a ladder, it's a real adventure – suitable for children aged 6 and up. The modern bathroom with a nearly level-entry shower and toilet completes the amenities.
New from May 2025: A lovely barbecue and playground area for the whole family, with a stunning view, invites you to enjoy convivial evenings.
A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use with the neighboring holiday apartment. Prices on request. Wi-Fi, parking, and bicycle storage are provided free of charge.
