If needed, the sofa in the living area can easily be converted into an additional bed. The stylish furnishings combine lovingly preserved original pieces from the last century with modern design elements, creating an inviting atmosphere.

From the light-filled living room with its cozy built-in bench by the fireplace, you have direct access to the spacious balcony, which is also accessible from both bedrooms – perfect for relaxing mornings or balmy summer evenings.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped to a high standard: an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, freestanding refrigerator with freezer compartment, and ample counter space provide everything you need for enjoyable evenings of cooking together.

The apartment is also ideally suited for workation stays: High-speed internet and two separate, flexible workspaces allow for productive work even on vacation. The spacious bathroom features a bathtub with a shower screen and a toilet; another separate toilet is located right next door.

Important note regarding the location:

The house is idyllically situated on a hillside. Access to the apartment is via a long, natural staircase that requires sure footing. Therefore, access is not suitable for guests with limited mobility or small children in strollers. The property is not cleared of snow in winter.

Upon your arrival, you will find freshly made beds, carefully prepared hand, bath, and dish towels, as well as a starter kit with cleaning, dishwashing, and toiletries. Final cleaning, bed linen, and one set of towels per person per week are included in the price. Additional towel sets can be booked at any time if needed.

Dogs are permitted in this accommodation for an extra charge. Flexible arrival and departure are possible seven days a week, and the key safe allows for late arrivals.
