Villa Le Grotte, a self-contained villa accommodating up to 8 people, is situated directly on the seafront overlooking the Gulf of Portoferraio. It boasts a large terrace with stunning sea views, furnished with a table, chairs, sun loungers, and parasols for unforgettable outdoor holidays by the sea. Located in the bay of the Grotte, the villa offers breathtaking views of Portoferraio and the Medici fortresses. The archaeological site of an ancient Roman villa is just steps away. Small boats can moor at a small jetty on the nearby beach, and a charming circular wooden platform just over the water, complete with sun loungers and parasols, is available for villa guests. The lower level of the villa features a spacious living room (with a sofa bed) and a dining area with sea views. A large sliding door leads from the living and dining area to the terrace. Also on this level are a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Just three steps lead to an upper level with a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and an additional bathroom with a shower. Portoferraio, with its harbor, Calata, restaurants, bars, shops, boutiques, markets, and events, is less than a 10-minute drive away. Famous villages on Elba, such as Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro, can also be reached in less than 20 minutes (10 km). The long sandy beaches of Biodola and Procchio are 9 km away. The villa is ideal for families or groups of friends who love the sea, comfort, and outdoor living during their holidays. Pets are allowed upon request and for an additional fee.
