From the recently renovated villa, you have direct access to the sea and the cliffs below, as well as the fine sandy beach of Scaglieri, just 150 meters away. Villa The Boat spans three levels, all with direct access to the terraced Mediterranean garden offering stunning sea views. The terraces are furnished with garden furniture, tables and chairs, sun loungers, and parasols, allowing you to enjoy every moment outdoors under the Elba sun. A covered terrace with a magnificent view, a table, and chairs allows you to dine al fresco from morning till night. ... On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a large, fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room with access to a furnished terrace offering 360-degree panoramic views, as well as a small guest bathroom. A comfortable staircase leads to the first floor with a twin bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. From the villa's entrance, you can access the lower level with another double bedroom and a private en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom, independent and not connected to the other rooms, offers a double bed and a double sofa bed (ideal for two children), an en-suite bathroom, and is accessible from the ground floor. The beach offers all imaginable beach services and water sports, and guests will find restaurants, pizzerias, bars, and a small mini-market in Scaglieri.
