This beautiful holiday home is nestled within a family-friendly holiday village, bordering the gently sloping sea. The village is located on the exclusive strip of land that connects the Argentario promontory to the mainland. It lies opposite the islands of Giglio, Giannutri, and Montecristo. The village offers all the amenities needed for a perfect family holiday. It features a children's and adult pool, an entertainment program/mini club, a large playground, beach service, numerous sports facilities, and two restaurants serving regional and international cuisine.

The two-bedroom Giannutri cottage is located adjacent to the pine forest, close to the beach, pool, and playground. The living space is approximately 36 square meters and consists of a living room with two full-size single beds (which can also be pushed together) that serve as a sofa during the day, a fully equipped kitchenette (with dishes, cutlery, and pots), a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The covered seating area with a table and chairs invites you to relax while the children have fun on the playground or by the pool. Pillows and blankets are included. Barbecues are permitted in the holiday village. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 4.5 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible, as we have several properties of the same type.

ARRIVAL DAY + LENGTHS OF STAY

Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure dates, as well as the minimum length of stay for your desired season. Note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on your scheduled arrival date, check-in the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible. However, the rental period/price specified at the time of booking remains unchanged.

BEACH
The sandy and gently sloping beach is equipped with parasols, beach chairs, deckchairs, pedal boats, water sleds, and canoes. The "Il Pescatore" restaurant is located on the beach.
POOL
In addition to a large pool, there is also a children's paddling pool with a small slide.

FAMILY FRIENDLY

The swimming pool and amphitheater are the focal point of the village and the place where the entertainers organize games, dances, and various entertainment. In addition to a professional animation team, there is also a mini club and junior club. During the high season, the animation team organizes aerobics classes, gymnastics classes, and aqua gym classes during the day. There is a mini club, junior club, canoeing, tournaments, and evening games and entertainment, including karaoke, dancing, and cabaret. A playground with a slide, etc. is available for children.

LEISURE AND SPORT

In addition to a wide range of traditional sports facilities with a sports field (volleyball, soccer), guests can also enjoy archery and ping-pong. During high season, the animation team organizes aerobics classes, gymnastics classes, and water aerobics classes during the day. There is a mini club, a junior club, canoeing, tournaments, and evening games and entertainment, as well as karaoke, dancing, and cabaret. At preferential rates, you can also enjoy horseback riding, diving courses, surfing lessons, and tourist fishing.

SHOPPING
The holiday village has its own mini-market with fruit and vegetables.

DINING

The holiday village has three restaurants (including a pizzeria). Here you can sample various Tuscan specialties and enjoy Tuscan wines. At the "Il Pescatore" restaurant, a terrace by the sea, you can also enjoy fish specialties. Half-board or full-board options are available at the holiday village restaurant.

SPECIAL FEATURES
The holiday village has, among other amenities, a laundromat, a small pharmacy, and an ATM. During peak season, a free first dive experience in the resort's pool is available upon request at reception.
