On approximately 44 m² of living space on the ground floor of an apartment building, you'll find a well-designed apartment for up to 4 people plus a baby. The open-plan living area, a separate bedroom, and the covered balcony create a pleasant combination of shared time and private space. Quietly situated and just a few minutes by bike from the beach and dunes, you'll enjoy a relaxing yet convenient stay.

The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area forms the heart of the apartment. A sofa bed, coffee table, floor lamp, and flat-screen TV create a welcoming atmosphere – whether for a quiet evening watching television or convivial gatherings around the dining table.

Kitchen Area with Extras

The integrated kitchenette is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. A coffee maker, toaster, and kettle complete the amenities – and even a fondue set is available for those times when you'd like something a little more cozy.

Flexible Sleeping Area

The bedroom features two single beds (each 90x200 cm) that can be pushed together to form a double bed. A bedside table, blackout curtains, a power outlet near the bed, and a wardrobe in the hallway ensure practical and well-designed use of the space.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet, towel warmer, washbasin, mirror, and hairdryer – compact and comfortable.

Covered Balcony
