Description
Holiday home in Kappeln with swimming pool
Where does the water end, and where does your home away from home begin?
On the La Marina houseboat in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz, the boundaries between comfort and nature, between everyday life and time spent by the sea, blur.
IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WATER
La Marina is securely moored at the jetty on the Schlei dam in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz, boasting perfect sun exposure. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer sweeping views across the Schlei fjord to the Baltic Sea. The 360° roof terrace is a true highlight. Here you can experience sunrises, sailboats, seagulls, and a genuine connection to the Baltic Sea. Just a few steps away, the fine, white sandy beach of Olpenitz bathing bay awaits you.
LUXURY ON THREE LEVELS
Upstairs, you'll find the light-filled living area with a comfortable sofa, a modern kitchen, and an adjoining terrace. One floor higher, you'll reach the spectacular roof terrace with lounge furniture and a Weber grill. The bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The large box-spring bed in the master bedroom, overlooking the water, promises blissful nights accompanied by the sound of waves. The second bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements with two single beds. Here too, you'll enjoy water views throughout, even from the sauna.
OUR SECRET TIP FOR YOU
Warm up in the Finnish sauna and then plunge into the Baltic Sea via the swim ladder. A moment you won't soon forget.
HARBOR FLAIR AND COMFORT
Enjoy your stay with a smart TV and home entertainment system. Or simply unwind while gazing at the marina and watching the sailboats glide by.
CAR PARKING AND BOAT BIKE AVAILABLE UPON REQUIREMENT
In addition to a private car parking space, the houseboat offers a private boat mooring directly at the house, ideal for guests arriving by boat.
If your heart skips a beat as you read this, then La Marina is the perfect holiday home for you on the Baltic Sea. Don't wait too long. Some places are simply too beautiful to only dream about.
