Terraced house located in Rim Holiday Centre on Rømø, offering plenty of shared activities for both adults and children. The house is arranged over two floors and features a practical layout. The ground floor includes an open-plan kitchen and dining/living area equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher and microwave. From here, there is access to a sunny, private, enclosed 30 m² terrace furnished with outdoor furniture. There is also a bedroom with a sofa bed that can accommodate up to two children. On the first floor, there are two additional bedrooms, one furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom is also located on this floor and includes a shower and washing machine. Rim Holiday Centre offers a wide range of facilities and activities, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools (seasonal), mini golf, tennis courts, sports fields, and playgrounds. An 18-hole golf course is located only about 100 metres away, and the shops and restaurants of Havneby as well as the wide Sønderstrand beach are within easy reach. The area offers excellent shopping opportunities and pleasant walks along the harbour and the Wadden Sea. The harbour has a unique atmosphere with several seafood restaurants, small shops, and the chance to watch the local fishing boats bringing in their catch, primarily North Sea shrimp. Rømø is famous for its kilometres of wide sandy beaches and excellent opportunities for outdoor activities such as kitesurfing, land sailing, kite flying, and beach volleyball. Please note: The property is not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date.
