On the ground floor, there is an open-plan kitchen and dining area equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher and microwave. From here, you have access to a large 30 m² sunny, enclosed, and private terrace with garden furniture. There is also a bedroom with a sofa bed that can accommodate up to two children. On the first floor, there are two additional comfortable bedrooms, one furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washing machine. The house is also fitted with a cable TV package featuring both Danish and German channels. At Rim Holiday Center, guests can enjoy a wide range of activities, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools (seasonal), mini golf, tennis courts, football pitches, and two large playgrounds, including a large jumping pillow. The holiday center also provides access to shared EV charging stations, including two Spiri chargers and four Clever chargers. The property is located only about 100 metres from an 18-hole golf course and within a short distance of shopping facilities and restaurants in Havneby, as well as the wide sandy beach of Rømø Sønderstrand. There are excellent shopping opportunities, and you can enjoy walks along the harbour and the Wadden Sea. The harbour atmosphere is unique, with several seafood restaurants, small shops, and the opportunity to watch the fishing boats, which often bring in fresh North Sea shrimp. Rømø is famous for its kilometres of wide sandy beaches, offering numerous leisure activities such as kitesurfing, land sailing, kite flying, and beach volleyball.
