On a large natural plot just 200 meters from the water in Kærgården is this cottage with a hot tub. The house is brightly decorated with a large window facing the terrace. There are three large bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds, and there is plenty of closet space in all bedrooms. There is both a high chair and cot for the little vacationers. Large, bright, combined living/dining room and kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and ceramic hob. Large, bright living room with direct access to the large, open terrace. The cottage is also equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, DVD player and stereo with CD player. The bathroom has a hot tub for 2 people, underfloor heating and a walk-in shower. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer. Large, open terrace with high-quality garden furniture and a garden barbecue. For younger guests, there is direct access to the lovely shared playground. Not available for youth groupsA refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Quiet location, close to the water, facilities
The proximity to the water, quiet area, beautiful property, other beaches easily accessible,
The house was very bright, pleasantly furnished and decorated,
Very nice house, modern and well laid out with 3 bedrooms, large window front to the garden, short walk to the sea, located in a spacious settlement with high hedges protected from prying eyes and wind, / Unfortunately the very large and beautiful terrace was partially rotten - some boards were already broken, including in front of a patio door - this defect was noted but unfortunately not repaired in the 2 weeks of our vacation, Since the boards did not look like this, it only happened a few days before our vacation, I still don't understand this, Nails were sticking out of these areas, which made the whole thing dangerous,
Very close to water, Bright and inviting house
Lovely summer house, which was nicely laid back, / The bad thing is the lack of cleaning of the fridge (try to pull the drawers out dirty behind) the drawer in the bathroom had not been cleaned for a long time , / Good to have a parasol, But the foot and parasol did not fit together,
