Your holiday accommodation, Casa-Giovanna, is located in the village of Perticara, on the border between Marche and Emilia-Romagna in the Montefeltro region. This over 200-year-old country house was completely and lovingly renovated and restored in the spring of 2011. During this process, part of the original natural stone facade was uncovered. Casa-Giovanna is situated in a quiet hamlet and faces the garden.
The garden, the spacious terrace, and the large eat-in kitchen invite you to relax and unwind.
From the well-equipped terrace (Weber grill, etc.), you can enjoy an incredible panoramic view that stretches all the way to the mountains of neighboring Tuscany.
In the summer, take a refreshing dip in the small pool (3.60 m in diameter).
