Romantic country house in a secluded hillside location. The house is wonderfully quiet, nestled in its own olive grove, yet the charming little seaside resort of San Lorenzo al Mare is just 2.2 km away.
A small, well-stocked grocery store with fresh bread rolls is 1.5 km from the house.
Note: Upon arrival, please give our Italian caretakers, Kristian and Elisabetta, their fee: €200 for 3 or more people / €120 for up to 2 people in cash (for cleaning, organization, bed linen, and towels).
Heating: During the transitional seasons of winter, autumn, and spring, you may want to heat the house in the evenings. Using the wood-burning stove is more economical. The house heats very well with it.
Firewood can be provided upon request for €70 per week.
Gas central heating:
Heating costs are charged separately - €10 per m³ / consumption is metered.
This quietly situated holiday home offers ample space for six people on two levels. There is seating around the house. On cool evenings, you can cozy up by the fireplace. The covered terrace allows you to sit outside in any weather.
