A charming, traditional 1970s cabin offering stunning panoramic sea views, situated in a quiet cabin area outside Risør. Here, you can enjoy a relaxed cabin atmosphere with nature and the sea right on your doorstep. Boat for rent. The 63 m² cabin features a bathroom with a shower and three bedrooms sleeping a total of six people. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other two have bunk beds (sleeping two each). There is also an additional sleeping arrangement in the living area. A few steps lead up from the hallway to an open-plan kitchen and living area, the perfect place for the family to gather after a day outdoors. Electricity, firewood, and internet are included. The cabin has a composting toilet in a separate room. You can explore the archipelago by renting a boat with a 30 hp motor. To rent the boat, you must either have been born before January 1, 1980, or hold a boating license. A two-person canoe is also included, making it easy to enjoy a leisurely paddle. There are excellent opportunities for fishing and swimming in the sea as well as in nearby lakes. Pets are welcome. The area surrounding the cabin offers great hiking terrain, and there is a swimming spot within walking distance featuring a diving board and swimming ladder. The Øysang area offers a wealth of outdoor activities, including hiking trails, paddling, swimming, and fishing. Nearby Leivann offers opportunities for canoeing, hiking, and other activities. It is a short distance to Stabbestad, which has a golf course and minigolf. Kragerø Resort offers amenities such as a spa, pool, restaurant, and various other activities. A wonderful excursion is to take the traditional Øysang ferry across to Risør, with its narrow streets, small shops, restaurants, and maritime atmosphere. The archipelago can also be explored via water taxi, which is available for sightseeing trips. The area offers opportunities for several other exciting excursions—such as visits to idyllic Portør and Jomfruland—or a RIB boat trip for those seeking a bit more speed and excitement.
