This charming and lovingly furnished holiday apartment offers approximately 115 m² of living space, comfortably accommodating up to 7 adults and one child under 2 years old. A beach chair on the main beach (during the season) is included.
The property is located close to the beach and comprises a ground floor, an upper floor, and a cozy terrace overlooking the lush garden. Your holiday home is divided into: an open-plan living area with a comfortable sofa, a well-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom (with two single beds), a smart TV (satellite), a stereo system with CD player, telephone, Wi-Fi, a bathroom with shower and toilet, hairdryer, and washing machine. The first floor features:
one comfortable bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed (1.20 x 1.90 m), and a separate bathroom with shower, toilet, and hairdryer.
... To help you travel lighter, bed linen and towels can be rented from Wandelt Rentals upon request. A travel cot and highchair are already provided. Pets are welcome upon request. The large, naturally landscaped garden (500 m²) is fenced and available for shared use.
Two parking spaces are located directly at the house. The beautiful Kellenhusen Baltic Sea beach, with its attractive and varied promenade, cafés, restaurants, spa facilities, and charming shops, is just a two-minute walk away.
There is a covered area for your bicycles in the garden. A handcart is also included, making the walk to your beach chair a little easier.
