The main house features two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one with a fireplace and bathtub), a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, and a kitchen.
Pictures certainly speak louder than words. But the breathtaking views, the bedroom and its adjoining bathroom with bathtub, fireplace, and panoramic views, as well as many other details, simply must be experienced in person.

The kitchen is equipped with a large gas stove, oven, dishwasher, and all modern conveniences, leaving nothing to be desired. The adjoining dining room comfortably seats 10 people and offers fantastic views, while the fireplace at the rear of the living room adds to the cozy atmosphere.

The large flat-screen TV with DVD player in the living room invites you to enjoy relaxing evenings on the comfortable sofas when the weather isn't quite warm enough to fully appreciate the two terraces and the large pool terrace (with a large pool).
The lighting around the house and on the terraces, which are furnished with ample garden furniture and sun loungers, also creates a special ambiance.
It's truly an exclusive place, where even the youngest guests have been thoughtfully considered, with a slightly secluded but clearly visible climbing tower that invites children to slide, climb, and swing.
The property boasts mature fig trees, pomegranate trees, quince trees, and more, and the pervasive scent of mint is unforgettable.

The guesthouse features a combined living and sleeping area with a wood-burning stove, a flat-screen TV, a kitchenette, and an en-suite shower room. Naturally, everything here is state-of-the-art and, like the entire main house, equipped with underfloor heating. The house's water is supplied by a modern water treatment system drawing from the property's own well.

To top it all off, there's also a wonderful wood-fired sauna that offers fantastic views of the surrounding landscape.
