The bright living area offers a comfortable seating area with a sofa and armchair, a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a dining area. The open-plan kitchenette includes an oven, a four-burner hob, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A kettle, coffee machine, and toaster are also provided. The sofa can be converted into a bed if needed and is suitable for one adult or two children.

Directly from the living room, you can access the furnished, east-facing balcony.

The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed (160 cm wide). A spacious wardrobe provides ample storage for your holiday clothes. A travel cot and highchair can be provided for families with small children for an additional fee.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and hairdryer.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
Please understand that smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. However, smoking is allowed on the balcony.

A parking space in the underground garage is reserved for you (suitable for vehicles up to 1.67 m high and 5 m long; not suitable for larger cars). There is also bicycle storage available in the underground garage. A small, lockable storage room is available for e-bikes.

The apartment is designed for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children, or alternatively for up to 3 adults without any additional guests.
