Holiday apartment with 3 bedrooms
Our penthouse apartment "Möwennest 13" is located in the Möwennest building in the Großenbrode beach park.
Up to 5 people can comfortably stay in the 84 sq m apartment. It features two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed and a smart TV. The fifth person can sleep on the orthopedic sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) with an orthopedic slatted frame in the living area.
Information on additional costs and fees:
The rental price is for 4 people. There is an extra charge for the 5th person.
The security deposit is due in advance and must be paid with the rental fee. The deposit will be refunded approximately 14 business days after your departure.
Electricity, water, and heating are included.
Bed linens, towels, and firewood can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.
The tourist tax is payable before arrival.
Free parking is available.
A spa-like bathroom with sauna, corner bathtub, shower, a separate toilet, and a spacious and bright living/dining area with a wood-burning stove and comfortable armchair are just some of the many advantages of our apartment.
The beautiful open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and invites you to enjoy relaxing cooking sessions away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Two large roof terraces offer a sheltered spot at any time of day.
We have compiled a selection of books and CDs, as well as a collection of games, for your convenience. Children's books are also available for your entertainment.
Free Wi-Fi is now available in the apartment.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. An elevator is available in the building.
The balconies face south and east.
After a pleasant bike tour on the Baltic Sea Cycle Route, you can safely store your bicycles (your own or rented) in our bicycle storage room in the bicycle building.
