The place is very tidy, contemporary, and secure, Perfect for a group of six, It takes about 20 minutes by foot to reach the Louvre, but it's located in a wonderful neighborhood,
The location is fantastic and the hosts are excellent
This beautiful ground floor / first floor apartment is in a perfect location to discover Paris, The beds are very comfortable (and large for France! 160 cm) and the apartment is luxurious / practical with 2 bathrooms, It is located behind a gate in a very quiet courtyard, absolutely no noise pollution from the city but still within 10 minutes walk to the Louvre, Because it is a characteristic building, the floors creak when you walk upstairs and lie in bed downstairs, Furthermore, everything is ultra modern and everything is well taken care of down to the last detail, We did not use the basement, but it did indeed smell damp as I read in more reviews, It did not bother us because we have not been there, I highly recommend this accommodation!

The accommodation was spacious and perfect for our family, The host communicated well with us,
The house was situated in a superb location and was immaculately clean! Just as advertised, Please note, check-in between 4-7 is free, outside of these hours you will be charged a fee for early or late check-in, However, I didn't mind paying the €30 early check-in fee to get in at 1:00, as this is a standard practice in hotels, Additionally, they offer a baggage drop service at their office down the road, though the office closes at 7:00,
