This luxurious 6-bedroom villa rests in Stavelot, amid the Belgian Ardennes in the High Fens region. It has a private swimming pool, an outdoor bubble bath and an infrared sauna for the most relaxing and refreshing holiday ever. The villa is ideal for a large family of 13 members or 2 smaller families traveling together.
Stavelot is a perfect starting point to discover the Ardennes. The area is great for long walks, mountain biking tours and ski afternoons. Restaurants serving local dishes are at 8 km. Supermarkets are 10 km away. You can visit the famous circuit of Spa-Francorchamps, Robertville Lake and the beautiful towns of Spa and Malmedy easily.
The villa has central heating and offers panoramic views of the region from the pool. A private partially fenced garden surrounds the house and invites you to enjoy the hours of sunshine. There are children's bed and high chair for the little guests. You can enjoy barbecuing in the evenings. Parking is available for 6 cars and you will find charging station for electric cars here.

Super nice house with a very homely feeling and complete furniture. Beds were made and were comfortable. Nice hostess. We had wonderful days and our children enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi!
Beautiful villa in a great location with nice landlords.
Very nice house in the middle of nowhere. The owners live nearby speak enough Dutch, we were 13 men. There are plenty of activities in the area, such as: survival - Spa race track - Liège around the corner The jacuzzi was very nice, good heating and houtkachel. Unfortunately, the winter season had started in connection with the outdoor pool. Owners were very sweet and helpful!
Very nicely furnished house, with all necessary amenities. It was clean, we received a friendly welcome ... completely perfect! Just a pity about the noise from Francorchamps. That was really loud, disturbed the peace...
A nice clean villa with good furniture, a pleasant outdoor pool and outside the swimming season there is always the warm jacuzzi. Cozy fireplace in the living room and ample sanitary facilities. Top villa with plenty of parking spaces.
