Resting in Pouzols-Minervois, this is a fantastic 3-bedroom villa with a private swimming pool. You can soak up in the sun on the sun loungers before taking a refreshing dip in the pool. The villa suits a family or a group of 6 persons.
The little village of Pouzols has plenty of vineyards and olive groves. The lake rests at 5 km if you wish to go for a pleasant day out or to enjoy water sports. The town center with supermarkets and restaurants rests at 6 km. When you go to dine out, you can fetch groceries as well. For day trips, the towns of Olonzac, Homps, and Narbonne are great.
There is an outdoor shower to wash up after a refreshing swim. You can prepare delicious meals in the kitchen for everyone. For the lovers of al-fresco dining, there is an outdoor kitchen. On the roofed terrace with cozy furnishings, you can enjoy barbecued meals and end your evenings in style. The fenced private garden is great to go for lazy walks at night when it is illuminated.

Beautiful accommodation with lovely pool. Supermarkets nearby, also nice villages around the accommodation.
An ideal house, with all comfort inside, as well as outside. We will enjoy the coming weeks here.
Positive: The house and the garden are exactly as shown in the pictures, we especially liked the garden and the pool. Negative: You don't have absolute peace, due to the clearly audible traffic on the D5. In our opinion, 2 out of 3 bedrooms are no longer habitable, as a clear "musty and mold-like" smell can be perceived. Not suitable for sensitive people and may also be harmful. This had a lasting impact on our stay, luckily there were only two of us there, so you could still use it. We would NOT rent this house again !!! Angelika and Frank Lehr
Beautiful villa with every comfort. Neat, lots of material in the kitchen, beautiful covered terrace with BBQ that functions very well. Negatives: lots of mosquitoes + pool was rather cold (not heated).
A nice, comfortable house, well maintained. Excellent swimming pool with sufficient, sturdy loungers. Equipped with every comfort.
We were generally satisfied with the house, size, equipment, location. It could have been cleaned a bit better. Otherwise nothing to say.
