Built in 2022, this sublime accommodation has beautiful furnishings and a private swimming pool. The house is composed of a living / dining room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, including a master bedroom with its own bathroom equipped with a bubble bath for 2 people, a shower and separate WC. Thanks to its fantastic location in a quiet residential area, you can relax with your partner or your family.
Visit the Cathar city of Minerve, a small village classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France and renowned for its Minervois wine.Gruissan is also worth a detour, see the Flamingos Roses, the saltworks to observe the collection of salt, or stroll through the alleys of the old town. Don't forget to buy fresh fish at the port of Narbonne. A visit to the medieval city of Carcassonne is a must and is only 41km. In Saint-Nazaire-d'Aude you can embark on a mini cruise on the Canal du Midi in a wooden boat of the time, called "Gabarre", an experience not to be missed. The holiday home is beautifully situated in the village of Soleil d'Oc-Pouzols. Shops and amenities are in Olonzac (5 minutes by car) and you will also find a lively market on Tuesday mornings. The terrace of La Poste café is very welcoming, and several good restaurants are nearby. Sports enthusiasts can play tennis in the nearby park.
The residence is located on a large plot of no less than 3500 m² and offers great privacy. Admire the exceptional views of the Minervois valley and the vineyards and prepare the most delicious meals independently in the open kitchen with oven.

really wonderful stay the pool, the view, the house everything is ok
Dit vakantiehuis was precies wat we zochten. Schoon, ruim en comfortabel. We vonden het heerlijk om de nabijgelegen bezienswaardigheden te verkennen, zoals Carcassonne en het Canal du Midi. Een geweldige uitvalsbasis voor onze avonturen!
The house was clean and well-maintained, The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a relief during the hot weather, We enjoyed our stay, but we spent most of our time outside exploring the lovely surroundings
