Description
Enjoying the beautiful view over the vineyards, this is a 5-bedroom villa in Pouzols-Minervois. It has a private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers to soak up in the sun before taking a refreshing dip. The villa suits a large family or a group of 10 persons.
The little village of Pouzols has plenty of vineyards and olive groves. The town center rests at 5 km if you wish to go for a stroll in the evening. At 6 km, you can dine at one of the restaurants and buy groceries from the supermarkets. There is a river flowing 8 km away if you wish to have a pleasant day out. For day trips, the towns of Olonzac, Homps, and Narbonne are great.
You can prepare delicious meals in the kitchen and enjoy them together in the dining room. On the balcony attached to the bedroom, you can start your mornings with a beautiful view. There is a baby bath for little guests. A cot and a high chair are available. 2 pets are allowed for an additional fee per pet.

Comfortable house fully equipped. Spacious terrace with sunbeds and many tables with chairs. Beautifully shaped pool. Ideal location because of peace, space and seclusion.
Beautiful, spacious villa. Very clean on arrival, all amenities are available. Nice pool but unfortunately not heated.
Very well equipped house, all kitchen utensils and well-functioning appliances! Quiet location! Netflix! We enjoyed our stay! Points for improvement to "fantastic": No air conditioning, no fans / windmills and at 30 + degrees very warm on the floor (kitchen living bedrooms upstairs). No mosquitoes/fly windows. Most sun loungers at the pool damaged, broken at the seat (still usable).

Enjoyed both interior with all facilities (no NL TV, only French) and external with beautiful terraces and sheltered options around the large pool, Quiet location and beautiful views,
