Traveling solo worked out well thanks to this place's comforts. The spacious rooms made my stay very enjoyable.

This property has great amenities like multiple bathrooms and an infrared sauna that made me feel at home.

Located right by the beach, this villa offers easy access to nature trails. I enjoyed walking my dog along Groede Beach during off-leash hours,it’s really pet-friendly! Overall, it’s a solid base to explore Zeeland.

Staying here while working remotely was smooth. Everything is set up nicely for long stays and the helpful staff made sure I had everything I needed.

Perfect size for families or groups, so much room to spread out!

Had a quick weekend here and loved it! The terrace with garden furniture is perfect for hanging out after a day at the beach. Plus, all those beds came in handy since we had friends join us.

The cottage was reasonably clean. Coffee stains and other dirt were still on the kitchen cabinets. The rinse arms in the dishwasher were full of limescale, which meant that the dishes were not cleaned and the racks in it are also not that great anymore, which means that you can't put all the plates on them. The beds on the other hand are great. It's a shame that the swimming pool closes at 8 p.m. There is only 1 volleyball court at the very back of the park and we didn't see any other sports fields. All in all, we had a great time.

Its a nice neighborhood with a pretty enviroment. The House is Clean and everything works as its supposed to do

The park is very beautiful, our house also only the hygiene was hard to find, toilets that were not cleaned on arrival and food leftovers in crockery .. but have to clean everything yourself Unfortunately indicated at the reception, but they did nothing with the 210 euros that we have to pay for the final cleaning

Beautiful holiday home, nice that the kitchen, living room was an open space. Nice to sit and be together as a family. However, it was still a bit dusty everywhere. This was also reported to the reception, who were very friendly to us.

Beautiful house, well maintained with a nice garden. Excellent location to go to the sea or relax. Ideal for a group of friends or family to get away for a week.

Good location just behind the dunes. The park is equipped with all facilities and the house is a must if you are with a large group.

Comfortable house with all the main amenities. If there was a problem, we responded immediately and the restaurant pleasantly surprised us with their culinary offer. Wonderful bike rides and beautiful walks in nature. If you can also experience a beautiful late summer, it is really great.

From day 1 started the house very badly cleaned, they have solved this neatly, day 2 power failure, 2 toilets and 1 shower can not use the entire holiday. 2 days no tv no wifi. As a comepentation we have received a discount voucher from 700 euros. Let's hope you don't have any defects with the next booking

Overall it is neat but there are a few points such as no fountains in the toilets upstairs. And it is very noisy.

cottage was still dirty when we arrived with glass on the floor and cans of soft drinks in the bedrooms

Beautiful spacious villa, but poorly cleaned floor stuck, 1 of the two fridges was not clean, outside on the terrace was glass shards the cutlery was far from complete at the top was in one of the doors a dent there was another joint above a bottle of drink and a cigarette butt.Ask myself wondering where you pay the cleaning costs for.Verder no complaints and had a nice week🙂

It was dirty. Half of the beach was in the couch, rags in the toilet. Clouds with dust near the beds. Chewed gum between the duvet. The oven often faltered, so we couldn't use it. Glasses weren't clean either! After calling the reception about cleaning, it took a few more hours for a few cleaners to arrive (we had already cleaned it ourselves), these people spoke poor English and could not properly explain what was wrong. The cabin was beautiful, but the cleaning horrible !!

It is a nice house and fully equipped. Only the cleaning was not quite good. There were all kinds of cigarette butts and beer caps in the garden and there were clouds of dust under the bed. Under every bed.

We were 13 people. The villa is super clean, new and fashionable..we had a great time .. 10 min walk to the sea. To be repeated.

The house was very dirty and you had to clean everything! Sufficient space and furniture was available. The area was very nice

The arrival and accommodation was good, the offer for free time in Roompot was very limited.

The arrival was downright bad. We arrived at 3:15 pm, and the house was not yet clean. Dirty cloths lay on the counter, not really confidence inspiring. When we returned at 4.15 pm it was not yet clean; other cleaners who were called in confirmed this and also started work. When we checked at 5 pm it was still not clean (stuff from the previous residents under the beds and still a lot of dust). It was said that a brush was missing from the vacuum cleaner but nothing was done about it We went in at 5:45 pm although still not fully satisfied. So we waited almost three hours with 7 children under the age of 8. The accommodation is beautiful; living room, bedrooms and garden are spacious. Only the kitchen is not designed for 16 people with 5 gas burners and a small dishwasher. The environment is fantastic! You walk through nice bridges in the drowned black polder to the beach.

We were able to check in at 3 pm. House was not cleaned. Laundry was still there and beds not made. After calling 1 girl came to clean. 1 person at a quarter to 4 for a house of 16 people ??? She was finished 45 minutes later. So you can guess that it can never be very good. (2 others have made the beds in the meantime) when asked why it was not ready. They were short of staff and she had several houses after us. The management was therefore aware of this. No apologies or anything, just pretend your nose is blood. Not a nice start of the holiday, to wait with 14 men until you can enter because they have not arranged it properly. Friday you have to check out at 10am, quite early. We have therefore postponed this to 12 o'clock. We just caught up with Monday's time. Now of course they came to the door early. Bad luck for them.

Accommodation was beautiful. The noise from the extraction system in the bedroom is extremely annoying. Could not be turned off either. Was a damper on the night's sleep.

Arrival went smoothly, hygiene left much to be desired, beautiful surroundings.

Arrival was fine, the house was also good, but there was nothing to do at the park. Both televisions did not or did not work well. Also, I missed some things like a mop, a properly working vacuum cleaner and upstairs in the bathrooms, the water can't be swept away despite the trigger.

It was a nice and spacious accommodation. Unfortunately the reception was difficult to reach, we had to call twice for the sauna (it didn't work at first) and they would bring towels (after a call and payment). However, this never happened, so we had to pick them up ourselves (after another call and phone calls to the reception who didn't answer). The environment is great!
