This holiday home is located in luxurious and modern Beach Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad, which is still partly under construction.
The detached holiday home is located on the ground floor and has a living room with smart TV and a luxurious open plan kitchen with built-in appliances, such as a dishwasher and a microwave. There are two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom, each with two single box-spring beds in a double setup, a shower and a washbasin. One of the bedrooms has a TV. There's a separate toilet. For your convenience, there's a utility room with a washing machine and a dryer.
Outside is a pleasant garden with a seating area and garden furniture. There's parking for one car directly at the holiday home.
At Beach Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad, various types of holiday homes and chalets can be booked for four to sixteen people.
The swimming pool will be closed for annual maintenance from Monday 1 December 2025 until Friday 5 December 2025 at 15:00.

The house we booked was exactly what we expected. The holiday park was very well maintained and there were amenities such as bike rentals, a mini supermarket and an indoor pool on site. Since we were already familiar with the area, we found everything we were looking for. For other guests, a map of the area with information about sights, beautiful cycle routes, etc. would be helpful (or a current Badkourier) I would have liked a lawn for the terrace at the house.
We had a beautiful luxury holiday home. Good beds and good showers. A lot of light did enter the bedroom through the shower window. So we hung a towel over that. We did miss a knife to cut fruit or meat. But those are little things in an otherwise great stay.
Beautiful lodge. Location is beautiful and the weather is fantastic!
Beautiful house, but quickly very warm inside! Also windows without curtains etc. which also makes very light on the bedroom at night. Park is very large and massive. Nice area for cycling and walking.
The house is great as always, unfortunately right on the construction site of Neue Heussern. From Monday to Monday, even on Saturday, the work was very loud there, which I'm happy to prove with video recordings!
The cottage is good in itself but the cleaning is not the best you pay a lot of money for it but you do not get value for money we had to clean everything better ourselves, especially a lot of dust under the beds and on the ceiling, stains from the wall removed near the dishwasher plus there are no manuals of the equipment in the house.
