The renovated ground floor bathroom boasts a walk-in shower, toilet, and washbasin. For added convenience, a second toilet with hot and cold water is located on the first floor. This home offers two comfortable bedrooms. On the ground floor, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed and single duvets. Stairs from the living room lead to the first floor, where a stair gate provides safety. The landing leads to the second bedroom, which features a charming sloping roof and another double bed with single duvets. Ample storage space for clothes is available on the landing.
The spacious backyard is fully fenced, offering privacy and a safe space. It includes a covered area, perfect for enjoying breakfast or an evening snack and drink outdoors.
