The living room has vaulted ceilings and utterly tasteful furniture. There is a sofa bed with the possibility of making two extra beds and a PlayStation2. The fully fitted kitchen has all white cupboards. The exclusive bathroom is provided with a whirlpool and a sauna. The washing machine is located on the ground floor, hidden behind a sliding door. The staircase starts in the living room, and on the landing, there are two large and well-furnished bedrooms, one on each side of the house, and a bathroom in between. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
