The location of this house is perfect, resting on the hills with medieval villages that you can visit for your own cultural enrichment. The Adriatic Sea is not far away and half an hour away you will find Civitanova Marche, with a luxury shopping area and a large number of traditional shoemakers. The region also has a large number of wineries.

The house is divided into 2 units and is on the edge of a small village in the hinterland. There is a dining table outdoors where you can enjoy your favourite meals. There is a separate washing room so make sure to carry light when on a vacation here!
