THE HOUSE Housing The house consists of two levels:  - on the ground floor: a large living room with kitchen (70 m²) opening onto a shaded terrace (50 m²) on one level with the garden and sea views, toilets, laundry, a parental suite with cupboards, room of bath and TOILET.  - upstairs: a TV corner, three bedrooms, each with wardrobes, bathroom, toilet and access to a large terrace (85 m²) to the south, a second private terrace to the north. The whole house is equipped with ceiling fans and benefits from a cooling in the summer, in winter underfloor heating.
