From its position on the north face of the Tajo Ravine, the property enjoys beautiful views towards the Atlantic Ocean and the striking natural basalt formations.
The house is arranged entirely on the ground floor and has a practical and comfortable layout. The living room features a flat-screen TV and a cozy seating area, creating a pleasant space to relax. The kitchen includes a hob and a microwave for preparing simple meals. There are two bedrooms: one with a small double bed, and another with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. A second bathroom, also with a shower, washbasin and toilet, is available for added convenience.
Outside, a private swimming pool invites you to cool off while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The terrace and garden provide a lovely place to unwind, furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, making it easy to enjoy meals and long, sunny days outdoors. The southeast-facing position offers natural light and open views over the ravine towards the ocean.
Arico Nuevo is a designated Historical and Artistic Site, known for its well-preserved Spanish colonial architecture and relaxed atmosphere.
